This built in 1996 tower house has a total surface area of 119 sq.m. on a plot of 448.52 sq.m where additional building development is permitted up to 320 sqm.
From the large central veranda of 21 sq.m. there is an unobstructed and panoramic view of the Taygetos mountains, the beautiful countryside and the sea. From this location you can enjoy unique sunsets.

The house consists of three levels.
It is accessed via a stone entrance staircase with six steps and a small entrance terrace. The front door leads to the raised ground floor which consists of an open plan living room, dining room with fireplace and kitchen with bar and built in cupboards and a small utility room with a sink under the stairway.
This built in stairway which turns takes us up to the first floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
