Independent of the main house with its own entrance and outdoor area, there is also a separate guest apartment on the ground floor of the house of approx. 40 sqm, consisting of a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room.
The whole house has an oil central heating system.

The property is situated at the edge of a small traditional village without any shops. There are just two coffee shops.
The area is a haven of tranquility. It is relaxing, easy going and quiet almost all year, with very light road traffic.
The nearest town is Gythio at 14 km (14 min. drive) with supermarkets, taverns and coffee shops, a first aid center, a post office, several banks etc.
The nearest beaches are the Vathy beach in a distance of 7 km and the Mavrovouni beach in a distance of 15 km.
