The lower main house 1 is additional 120 sqm on two levels, providing:
- one kitchen with open fireplace and one living room of 60 sqm on the groundfloor

The houses are electricity-connected, but not water-connected. There are 2 barrels of 5,000 litres of water supply for the two houses.
There is no central heating. The doors and windows are wooden with sigle glasses.
The interior floors are partly covered with natural stone slabs and partly with wooden floorboards.

The houses are deliberately functionally designed along the lines of traditional Greek country houses and are therefore devoid of any luxury.

A few Greek farmers live in the settlement. The area is quiet and peaceful - quite simply a natural paradise.

2.4 km of the access road are unpaved. Therefore a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for the access at least during the rainy winter months.


The property is located in a very small settlement 10 km to the west of Monemvasia in the prefecture of Laconia (Peloponnese, Greece).
The distance to the next beach (Ambelakia) is 6,6 km, the distance to the airport of Athens is 330 km.
