This house built in 2007 and with the total sice of 115 sqm provides on the ground floor a living room with kitchen and dining area and the main entrance door which gets entered via a highed up and roofed veranda at the front side of the house. Next to this room there is a small hall from where is to reach one bedroom, a bathroom with bath tube and the stair case of marmor which leads up to the first floor to th upstairs hall. There is a large room with windows round about providing views onto the garden in front of the house as well as onto the nice landscape and a little bit is to see also of the sea.
