This maisonette of pure natural stone of 150 m² total size is situated, together with three other duplex houses of the same type, on a plot of 2,000 m², just outside the picturesque fishing village Gythio and within walking distance (i.e. 350 m) to the beautiful beach of Mavrovouni.

The main entrance leads to the middle of the three levels over solid stone staircase with 10 steps. From the same corridor, a double-winged glass door leads to a small side terrace, from which an iron staircase leads up to the fantastic roof terrace, where, shaded by canvas lanes, there is a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, over the olive-tree-green landscape and far to the blue shady mountain foothills of the Taygetos Mountains.

The house is equipped with all comfort: all rooms have air conditioning. Doors and windows are made of aluminum, have double glazing, fly screens and shutters and are connected to the alarm system.
The house also has central heating, the tank and burner are housed in a separate space at the basement, which is accessible via a stone staircase from the garden. There is also the hot water boiler housed.

The house is for sale in its full equipment and furnishings. The furniture are friendly and modern (mostly from IKEA).
