This detached village house of 147 sq.m in total is on a land plot of 283 sq.m and provides nice landscape views as well as well as view onto a section of the sea. 
It's a two-storey building which has been built during the years 1981 until 1986 and has been renovated some years ago. This renovation comprised new roofing including the roof trusses.

One enters the house via a 12-step elevated veranda. The main front door leads into a hallway with the staircase for the upper floor. Branching off to the right of the hallway you come to the spacious living room with dining area and balcony. To the left of the hallway is a small bathroom with a tub and toilet, straight ahead is the kitchen with built-in wooden cupboards. From here there is an exit to a cozy terrace. The entire ground floor covers 70 square meters.

On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower cubicle, two larger bedrooms with a shared balcony, next to it a smaller bedroom with a separate small balcony. The entire ground floor covers 76 square meters.

All living rooms can be heated via the existing central heating. There is a burner for heating oil and a burner that runs on pellets or olive seed flour.
The house has its own septic tank. 

In the basement of the house there is a garage and in the back there is a spacious storage room. The two heating burners are housed in a separate extension.

In the courtyard on the side of the house there is a large covered area covered with tiles offering a bar, BBQ and plenty of space for a large dining table. The property is mostly covered with natural stone slabs, apart from two small areas with soil totaling approx. 20 square meters.

The house is detached with only two neighboring houses whose owners do not live permanently in.

The access road is paved and slopes down as the house is on a lower level than the main road leading into the village.
