The access door leads into a small courtyard area, from where one turns right to the upper floor of the main house, directly into the living room with three windows. The house was built sometime before 1950 and got renovated in 2008. This renovation comprised new roofing including the roof trusses, new aluminum doors and windows with double glazing, fly screens and shutters, interior floors covered with tiles.
The house has its own septic tank but can be connected to the modern municipal sewage system.
