Description

The house was originally built in natural stone around 1950 and expanded in later years.
It has two separate living levels. The lower level of 64 sqm has traditional-style vaulted ceilings and is divided into two living rooms, one with an open fireplace, a small kitchen and a small bathroom with shower.

The upper living level can be reached via a concrete outside staircase and a covered porch. The front door leads directly into the main room, from there a door leads to the right into a small bedroom, next to it the kitchen, which also has a separate external door, a door straight out into a spacious bathroom and a door to the left into a larger bedroom.

The building is old but solid and stable due to its thick natural stone walls. The overall roofing is also good, the entrance doors are aluminum and the floors are tiled. Some of the windows have been renewed, but some are old-fashioned iron windows with single glazing and iron shutters. However, by European standards, the building is in need of renovation.

The house has its own septic tank. 

The house is built directly on the property line with some ruins in front on the neighboring property.
The entire property measures 5,837 square meters, has a front yard to the house with a cistern and an olive grove with productive olive trees.

The plot is within the village development zone and it is possible to resell parts of it as building plots.

The property is located hillside in a very small settlement in the famous Mani region in the middle south of Peloponnese peninsula of Greece, 66 km to the south of Sparti.
The driving distance to the closest beach  is just 8 km. The beeline distance from the sea is 2,000 m.
